If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and there are no quality issues, you can return the item in its original condition (including all products and accessories, unopened, brand new, unused, and in the original packaging) to request an exchange or refund.

Please note: For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for double the shipping cost (shipping cost and return shipping cost).

Self-paid returns: Once the Grevant Energy warehouse receives the product and confirms its validity, the initial shipping cost and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund (2.6% for credit card users, 4.4%+0.49 for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).

Special Notes:

1. We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.
2. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to opened or missing accessories products.
3. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for purchases over 30 days old.
4. For orders that have already been shipped and you wish to return, please first receive the package. Then contact the Grevant Energy service team for return instructions.
5. For refused goods, double the shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment.
