How do I switch the AC output voltage between 100V and 110V?

The AC output voltage standards vary by country. Please check your device's AC voltage before use. Here’s how you can switch:

If you purchased the device before December 2023, you can switch the AC output voltage between 100V and 110V by pressing the AC button 10 times in quick succession.
If you purchased the device after December 2023, there is no need to manually switch the voltage, as the device automatically adapts to an AC output voltage of 100-120V. The specific value will be determined by the input voltage or the load requirement.

How do I switch the frequency between 50Hz and 60Hz?

If you purchased the device before December 2023, you can switch between 50Hz and 60Hz by holding the AC button for 3 seconds.
If you purchased the device after December 2023, there is no need to manually switch the frequency, as the device automatically adapts to the input/output frequency.

Can I manually adjust the AC input power?

If you purchased the device before December 2023, the AC input power cannot be adjusted.
If you purchased the device after December 2023, the required AC input power may vary at different times. Please note that the total load power should be less than 2400W. If you need to switch the input power, follow these steps: Press and hold the AC button for 10 seconds to enter the power switching mode. The display will show the input power setting interface, where you can adjust the AC input power. If you stay on the current input power setting interface for 5 seconds, the system will automatically save the current power setting and return to the main interface. The input power can be set to 5 levels: 300W/500W/700W/900W/1100W.

Can the AFERIY AF-P210 be continuously plugged into an AC socket as a backup power supply (UPS) for the computer?

Yes, please note that you need to turn on the corresponding output switch on the portable power station.

When will the UPS function of AFERIY AF-P210 start to work?

When the portable power station is connected between an AC wall socket and household appliances, and the power and AC switch of the portable power station are in the ON state, the product enters UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) mode of operation.

Will the fan of AFERIY AF-P210 run continuously? When does the fan start working?

The cooling fan will not work all the time, only when the internal temperature of the power station machine is higher than 60 degrees, the cooling fan will automatically rotate and start to work.

Why can't the AFERIY P210 2400W portable power station start some motor-type loads with a rated power below 2400W?

Many motors or compressors generate a momentary surge current when they start, which is significantly higher than their rated operating power. This starting current can be several times the rated power, typically ranging from 2 to 7 times. This demand may exceed the power station's capacity, preventing the device from starting. Examples include water pumps, air conditioning compressors, and refrigerator compressors

How loud is the fan?

It is silent during normal operation and when the cooling fan is activated, the sound is below 60 dB.

Under what conditions does the AFERIY AF-P210 portable power station automatically shut down?

Without turning on the AC switch, if the portable power bank is powered on with no further operations, the standby power consumption will be automatically set to no output if it is less than 8W, and the machine will automatically shut down after 5 minutes.
With the AC switch turned on, if the portable power bank is powered on with no further operations, the standby power consumption will be automatically set to no output if it is between 15W to 25W, and the machine will automatically shut down after 8 hours.

How many AC output interfaces does the AFERIY AF-P210 2000W portable power station have?

The US/JP plug standard has 6 AC outlets (100-120V), while the UK/European plug standard has 3 AC outlets (220-240V).
